Census Bureau: 72% of people in Weber County were old enough to vote in 2021

Of the 259,390 citizens living in Weber County in 2021, 72% were old enough to vote, equating to 186,710 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 93,938 were male, constituting 50.3%, and 92,772 were female, making up 49.7%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Weber County during 2021 was higher than the state average, which stands at 70.7%.
